Order Cancellations
- Timing: Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.
- Exceptions: Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Perishable Items
- Non-Cancellable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food items, etc.
- Quality Issues: If you receive a perishable item that is damaged or of poor quality, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days for a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 3 days of receipt.
- Resolution: Our team will assess your complaint and determine the appropriate action.
Products with Manufacturer’s Warranty
Warranty Claims: For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any issues.
Refund Processing
Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 16-30 days.
